- Pricing
- The fee for the use of the platform by an agency is stated in the agreement or quote presented to the agency before it places its order. Website plans for the agency’s clients (EUR 79 and EUR 129 per month, excluding tax) are sold by each agency under its own terms of sale.
- Additional fees
- Any additional fee (for example a domain name) is stated in the agreement, quote or terms of sale presented before the order. Internet connection costs are borne by the customer.
- Payment methods
- Credit or debit card, processed by Stripe.
- Payment timing
- Agency: as stated in the agreement or quote. Clients of an agency: monthly, by card; the first charge takes place when the website goes live, never within 7 days of the order, as stated in the agency’s terms of sale.
- Delivery
- The service is provided online. A client website is published once the client’s content and domain name are validated, as stated in the agency’s terms of sale.
- Refunds / Returns
- Digital subscription service, no physical goods. A subscription can be cancelled at any time, with effect at the end of the monthly period in progress. A right of withdrawal applies where the law provides it, as stated in the terms of sale presented before the order. The price of a period already started is otherwise not refunded, except as stated in those terms.
- System requirements
- A recent web browser and an internet connection. For a client website: a domain name whose DNS settings the customer can change.
